Compare offers: price is not the only thing that decides.

Three offers on the table, three different structures: one quotes a monthly price, one an hourly rate, the third leaves out the call-out fee. If you only compare the total at the bottom, you often pick the offer with the most gaps. This guide shows what to look for. The offer X-ray lines them up for you.

Three runs per day free, no account. The offers are read for the comparison only and discarded afterwards. Not legal advice.

02Compare now · two or three offers

All ten tools at full power: compare your offers once with the single check for €1.99 net (one tool, one run) or the day pass for €3.99 net (24 hours, all ten tools, no subscription) or try 7 days free, email only.

03Seven points

What matters when you compare offers.

The offer X-ray lines up exactly these points and shows where something is missing.

  1. Compare the same scopeFirst check whether all offers mean the same thing: quantity, scope, quality, sites, term. A cheap offer that includes less is not cheap.
  2. Net or gross, one-off or recurringBring all prices to the same basis: net and over the full term. A low monthly price with a long commitment can cost more than a higher one without.
  3. Hidden costsCall-out, setup, packaging, freight, surcharges, licences, training. Whatever is not in the offer comes later as an extra.
  4. Term and notice periodHow long are you bound, and how do you get out? Is there an automatic renewal in the offer or in the attached terms and conditions?
  5. Payment terms and price validityWhen is the invoice due, is there an early payment discount, how long does the price hold? An offer without a price guarantee can be a different offer six months later.
  6. Validity and delivery timeUntil when is the offer valid, and when will it be delivered? A good price helps little if the service comes too late.
  7. Ask instead of guessingWhatever is unclear, ask in writing, the same way for every bidder. The answers are your basis for the negotiation.

04Approach

How to reach a clean decision.

  • Define your need first: write down what you need before the offers arrive. Then you compare each offer with your need, not just the offers with each other.
  • Upload all offers together: the offer X-ray takes two or three offers as PDF, photo or text and shows whether they are directly, partly or not directly comparable.
  • Follow up on gaps: the X-ray writes the questions for the negotiation and lists what to clarify before you decide. Send the questions before you commit.
  • Negotiate with the comparison: if you know what the other offers include, you negotiate with facts instead of gut feeling.
  • Check the contract before you sign: once the winner is clear, check its contract or terms with the clause radar.
  • Know the limits: the X-ray compares on the basis of your documents. It is not a purchase decision and not legal advice. Always check figures against the originals.

05Questions and answers

What businesses ask us most often.

What does the offer X-ray do?

It reads two or three offers, makes them comparable and puts price, term, payment terms and conditions side by side. It shows what is included and what is missing, lists hidden costs and risks per offer and writes questions for the negotiation.

Which documents can I upload?

Offers as PDF or photo, or you paste the text. In the free version AICTIONBOT™ reads up to 3 pages per document, with the Workbench licence long documents too.

Are my offers stored?

No. The documents are read for this comparison only and discarded afterwards. You do not need an account.

What happens when the three runs are used up?

You get a local analysis without AI: highest amount, net or gross, payment terms, term, notice period, validity and delivery time, as far as they appear in the text. Assessment and negotiation need the AI.

Does the tool decide for me?

No. It makes the offers comparable and shows gaps. You make the decision. The result is not a purchase decision and not legal advice.

What does the comparison cost?

Three AI runs per day are free. The Workbench licence at €14.99 per month or €149 per year lifts the daily limit and reads long documents. You can try it free for 7 days, no card. For a single case there is the single check for €1.99 net (one tool, one run) or the day pass for €3.99 net, valid for 24 hours.

Who is it for?

For businesses without their own purchasing or legal department: trades, retail, law and accounting firms, practices, clubs and the mid-market.
