01Workbench inside · for software vendors, accountants and AI assistants

AICTIONBOT™ · Workbench inside

The Workbench checks inside your product. As an MCP server, no AI, nothing stored.

Seven tools of the AICTIONBOT™ Workbench run as a public MCP server. Any AI assistant and any accounting, invoicing or procurement software that speaks the Model Context Protocol can call them: check a price increase against Eurostat, screen a supplier against sanctions lists, calculate a notice deadline, find expiring early-payment discounts, check an approval matrix, check a payment before release. Fixed rules, checksums and official indices, no AI in between. Data you pass in is not stored.

https://www.kulicadvisory.com/mcpStreamable HTTP, JSON-RPC 2.0, MCP 2025-06-18. Usable without a key, rate-limited per sender.

The same engines as in the Workbench in the browser, in the Mac app and in the Windows app. Findings are written in German; summaries can be requested in English. Not legal or tax advice.

02The seven tools · as of 2 November 2026

Seven checks your product is missing today.

Every tool answers with a readable findings text and with structured data (structuredContent) for your interface. Column names may be German or English. Three tools are new in the server as of today: the three checks of the document chain.

  • check_price_increaseCheck a price increaseCompares a supplier's increase with the official producer price indices (Eurostat) for Germany and says how far it sits above the market.Input: category, old and new price, period.
  • list_categoriesCategoriesReturns the categories check_price_increase knows, with their index codes.Helper, no input required.
  • screen_sanctionsScreen sanctions listsScreens a supplier name against the EU, UN, US and UK sanctions lists.Input: name, optional country.
  • calculate_notice_deadlineCalculate a notice deadlineGives the last day a contract can still be terminated, from term, notice period and renewal.Input: start, term, notice period, renewal.
  • check_discount_windowCheck the discount windowReads an open-items list and says which early-payment discounts expire in the next days, which are blocked by a hold or an open clarification, which are already lost and which payment run still catches them.Input: open items, optional clarifications, as-of date, window, payment-run weekdays.
  • check_approval_matrixCheck the approval matrixLays the approval matrix over the people list: approvers who left, missing deputies, missing system roles, limit gaps and overlaps, plus the open approvals stuck with those people.Input: matrix, people list, optional open approvals, as-of date.
  • check_invoice_paymentCheck a payment before releaseMatches an invoice's supplier to the vendor master (VAT ID, IBAN, name similarity), validates the IBAN checksum and flags a new or unknown bank account, a blocked or dormant vendor and a first payment. Verdict: stop, check or ok.Input: invoice header, vendor master.

In preparation (W626b, partner key only, because each call has a cost): read a document, draft a reply letter, clause radar, write a scope of work, meeting notes, negotiation sparring.

03Integrate · three steps

Integrated in an hour, not in a quarter.

  1. Add the serverIn Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or your own agent, add the MCP server with this address. For clients with a configuration file:
    {
      "mcpServers": {
        "aictionbot-werkbank": {
          "url": "https://www.kulicadvisory.com/mcp"
        }
      }
    }
  2. List the toolsA tools/list returns the seven tools with their full input schema:
    curl -s -X POST https://www.kulicadvisory.com/mcp \
      -H 'content-type: application/json' \
      -H 'accept: application/json, text/event-stream' \
      -d '{"jsonrpc":"2.0","id":1,"method":"tools/list"}'
  3. Call a checkA tools/call with data from your system. Example discount window with one open item; the answer carries the findings text and structuredContent with KPIs, findings and payment runs:
    {"jsonrpc":"2.0","id":2,"method":"tools/call","params":{
      "name":"check_discount_window",
      "arguments":{
        "as_of":"2026-11-03","window_days":10,"language":"en",
        "open_items":[
          {"document":"INV-51077","supplier":"Example Electrical Ltd","invoice_date":"2026-10-28",
           "amount":15410.50,"discount_percent":2,"discount_days":14,"net_days":30,"blocked":"yes"}
        ]
      }
    }}

No SDK required. If you prefer to talk directly: JSON-RPC 2.0 over POST, answers as JSON. Errors come back as isError with plain text, never as an empty answer.

04Terms · public and partner

Public and free. As a partner without limits and under your name.

Public€0
  • All seven tools without AI
  • Rate limit per sender
  • Source line "AICTIONBOT™ Workbench by KULIC Advisory" stays in the answer
  • No account, no key
Pay as you go€0.25 per check
  • Partner key, higher rates
  • Monthly invoice, minimum €50 per month
  • AI tools, once available, at the per-call price
Partner€249 per month
  • Up to 2,000 checks per month, all tools without AI
  • AI tools at €0.10 per call
  • Partner key, monthly invoice
White label€1,490 per month
  • Twelve-month term
  • Unlimited under fair use
  • Answers without the source line, under your name
  • Your own "checked against Eurostat" stamp for the price check
  • Four hours of integration help

A test key for the pilot phase is free by mail. For comparison: a price-increase check costs the end customer €1.99 in the Workbench. A vendor who gives it to customers 2,000 times a month pays about 12 cents each and has a feature that would otherwise take months to build.

05Rules · what the server does and does not do

What you can promise your customers.

  1. Nothing is storedOpen items, matrices, invoice headers and master data are checked in memory and discarded with the answer. The only count kept is how often a tool was called, without content and without sender.
  2. No AI in the checkFixed rules, checksums (IBAN), similarity measures and official indices (Eurostat). The same result for the same input, verifiable at any time.
  3. Lean inputsPass only the columns the check needs. Names in the approval matrix can be replaced by initials; the result stays the same.
  4. LimitsRate limit per sender, lists up to 2,000 rows (vendor master up to 20,000). Beyond that with a partner key.
  5. Not legal or tax adviceFindings are practical checks from procurement, not legal counsel. The source line in every answer says so to your users as well.

06Questions and answers

What vendors ask us.

Which clients work with the server?

Anything that speaks the Model Context Protocol over Streamable HTTP: Claude (desktop, web, Code), ChatGPT with connectors, Cursor, your own agents with the official MCP SDKs. Or directly via JSON-RPC from your application, without an SDK.

Do I need a key?

Not for the seven tools without AI. A partner key lifts the rate limit, removes the source line from the answer on request and unlocks the AI tools once they are there.

May I offer the checks under my own name?

Yes, in the white-label tier. In the other tiers the source line "AICTIONBOT™ Workbench by KULIC Advisory" stays in the answer.

What happens to my customers' data?

It is checked and discarded. No storage, no training, no sharing. The server runs on Cloudflare Workers; the call itself passes through their infrastructure like every request to this website.

How reliable are the results?

As reliable as the input and the rule. The same input always gives the same result. The rules come from twenty years of procurement in large organisations and an anonymised archive of 458 cases. A finding is a check, not a verdict.

How do we start?

Add the server, call tools/list, run one check with sample data. For a pilot: one mail with your product, expected volume and preferred tier, and the test key follows.

Start a pilot

Test first, then build it in.

The public endpoint is reachable now, without an account and without a key. For a partner key, white label or an integration question: one mail is enough.
