One afternoon, and your team works with the workbench.

Everyone brings a real case: a contract, an offer, an invoice. Together with Dario Kulić it becomes a finished result sheet in three hours, and your team writes down the controls that so far live only in people's heads.

02How it runs · before, during, after

Your cases, not our slides.

The workshop works on what is on your desk. So there are no sample cases and no slide deck, just ten tools and your documents.

BeforeRight after payment you pick the date yourself and activate the team licence. Everyone picks one case. Confidential documents? The mutual NDA can apply in advance.
In the workshopEach case runs through the right tool, from the clause radar to the invoice check. We discuss what the result says, what it does not say and who signs it off.
AfterEveryone leaves with a finished result sheet. Your team has written down its unwritten controls and keeps working with the team licence for 90 days.
